WebBox is a Dubai-based growth agency that builds the systems behind a business and the presence that grows it, for clients in the UK, US, Europe and the Middle East. We didn't start with a theory about AI. We started with an operation that was drowning in its own admin, and fixed it.
Where it started.
Before WebBox, our team ran media and placement operations at scale: more than 9,000 placements across 1,800+ publisher domains, for thousands of clients. It was a good business with a bad problem. Every new client meant more emails to answer, more prices to quote, more invoices to chase and more sites to keep running. Growth meant hiring people to do admin.
So we stopped hiring and started building. Enquiries got answered and quoted by an AI agent instead of a person working through an inbox. Orders moved from received to published without anyone chasing them. Invoices chased themselves. Reports arrived before anyone asked. The portal our clients use today came out of that work.
The difference was hard to ignore. Work that had needed a room full of people ran on systems that cost a fraction as much and never forgot a follow-up. The team got smaller in the places that didn't matter and sharper in the ones that did.
That's when it clicked. Every founder we spoke to had the same problem we'd had: good people buried in work a system could do, and growth that only ever arrived with another hire. WebBox exists to build them a way out.
